Aledo is located in east Parker County, approximately 52 miles west of downtown Dallas and 19 miles west of downtown Fort Worth. As the DFW metroplex continues to grow and becomes more densely populated, Aledo's proximity to downtown Fort Worth and DFW International Airport is likely to make Aledo residential real estate even more desirable than it is now for people who need to commute frequently to and from these areas.
