Aubrey has experienced the fifteenth fastest population growth rate in the Dallas Fort Worth area over the past five years. It also has the sixth lowest overall crime rate of all Dallas suburbs. Aubrey is located in northeast Denton County, approximately 49 miles north of downtown Dallas and 53 miles northeast of downtown Fort Worth.
