Keller public schools rank fourteenth among 2019 Dallas suburbs with best public schools and one of its principal high schools, Keller High School, ranks tenth among the 2019 best open enrollment high schools in the DFW metroplex. Keller also has the thirteenth lowest overall crime rate. Keller is located in northwest Tarrant County, approximately 32 miles northwest of downtown Dallas and 18 miles northeast of downtown Fort Worth.
