Students living in Argyle are eligible to attend Argyle ISD schools. Bartonville students, depending on where they live, attend either Argyle ISD or Denton ISD schools. Copper Canyon and Double Oak students attend either Denton ISD or Lewisville ISD schools and Lantana students attend Denton ISD schools.

Marcus High School / Marcus Ninth Grade Campus additionally earned a spot on the 2018 Texas best high schools rankings.
More than 90 percent of the students who attend eleven of the fifteen public schools that serve the Argyle, Bartonville, Copper Canyon, Double Oak and Lantana area met or exceeded the Texas Education Agency (TEA) 2017 State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR) achievement standard.
