Flower Mound High School / Flower Mound Ninth Grade Campus, Marcus High School / Marcus Ninth Grade Campus, McKamy Middle School and Wellington Elementary School additionally earned spots on the 2018 Texas best high schools, 2018 Texas best middle schools and 2018 Texas best elementary schools rankings.

More than 90 percent of students who attend twenty-two of the thirty schools that serve Flower Mound met or exceeded the Texas Education Agency (TEA) achievement test standard.
